Job Summary
Director role overseeing the St. Cloud Pediatrics Skilled Nursing offices, responsible for overall operations, performance, and service delivery, establishing BAYADA as a leading home health employer and provider, managing KPIs and financial objectives, coaching and developing staff, driving a high-performance office culture, partnering with clinical, client services, recruiting, and operations teams, pursuing growth opportunities, budgeting and financial performance at the office level, ensuring high-quality care for adult and pediatric clients, and promoting teamwork, accountability, and strong communication while maintaining compliance with BAYADA policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree required
- Minimum five years of supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare, home care, social service management, staffing, or service operations
- Multi-site leadership or demonstrated success managing complex teams, operations, or multiple lines of business strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success as a Director or similar leadership role in a comparable organization preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated record of goal achievement
- Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility with positive results
- Strong financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead with flexibility in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
