Job Summary
Director of Site Reliability Engineering responsible for guiding the cloud platform's strategy and architecture, leading high-performance SRE/cloud engineering teams, and overseeing automation, monitoring, incident management, disaster recovery, and secure, highly available infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. Hands-on leadership to define standards, drive performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver complex, scalable infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant experience
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Engineering or Architecture roles
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams and initiatives within cloud infrastructure environments (GCP and AWS experience is highly preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with on-premise Data Center infrastructure management and modernization
- Deep expertise and practical experience with SRE practices, DevOps principles, and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to leverage data, analytics, and key operating metrics to inform strategic decision-making
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and talent development skills
- Adept at developing, communicating, and embedding best practice procedures across large teams
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
