Director, Site Management & Monitoring (Biopharmal)

Director, Site Management & Monitoring (DSMM) leads a team responsible for the successful performance and delivery of all clinical interventional studies under the Country Head. Ensures site identification, qualification, setup, initiation, monitoring, and proper closure with archived study documentation. Manages line reports, staffing, resource planning, budgets, objective setting, performance monitoring, and development plans. Provides coaching and mentorship to direct reports, coordinates salary/bonus discussions with senior leadership, and collaborates with the Senior Director and HR Partner on forecasting timelines, resources, recruitment, and drug supply. Contributes to regional/global initiatives, supports feasibility assessments, and ensures regulatory compliance with ICH-GCP and applicable local regulations. Maintains eTMF readiness and oversees QC activities and site visits. Requires a BSc and GCP-related certifications; strong knowledge of clinical study processes, feasibility and project management, and ability to work with remote collaborators.
