Job Summary
Direct and lead the SimCorp technology ecosystem for CPP Investments, shaping the strategic direction, architecture, and execution of the SimCorp platform to support Investment Accounting and Performance capabilities. Partner with Finance and Investment Operations Product Owners to define the strategic roadmap, balance platform stability with modernization, drive agile delivery, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data products. Provide technical leadership, guide architectural decision-making, drive interoperability, champion engineering excellence across Product Craftsmanship, Reliability, Experience, and Team Experience, and recruit, develop, and empower a high-performing team of engineers and analysts to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of relevant technology experience, including progressive leadership responsibility
- Experience supporting complex enterprise platforms within financial services, asset management, pension, capital markets, or related industries
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension, Investment Accounting, Fund Accounting, Portfolio Accounting, Performance Measurement, or related investment servicing capabilities is considered an asset
- CFA, CAIA, or equivalent investment domain knowledge is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Motivated to contribute to meaningful challenges in a collaborative, performance-driven environment
