Job Summary
Identify critical problem aspects, develop new insights, and translate objectives into key hypotheses for small or large projects. Design analyses to formulate recommendations, synthesize findings, and defend conclusions across projects while suggesting new paradigms. Lead teams in articulating priorities, designing interview programs, and writing persuasive end products. Develop relationships with mid-senior client management, pursue related sales with executives, and contribute to proposal work. Align efforts for sales success, manage external obstacles, and capture assignment knowledge for firm-wide use. Direct team search of documented Intellectual Capital and leverage subject matter experts to create customized solutions. Actively participate in recruiting, training, and developing others.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- Native in Mandarin
- Fluent in English
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work on a team or independently
- Must abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
- Must ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Must report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Must complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or relevant post graduate degree
- Consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm
- Payments/bankcard expertise
- Experience helping financial institutions at the executive leadership level
- Internally, may be promoted from the Managing Consultant level
