Job Summary
Director, Services Business Development – Global Financial Institutions drives end-to-end sales ownership for Mastercard Services with global financial institutions. Responsible for defining the global Services sales strategy, owning revenue targets and pipeline, originating and shaping large multi-country deals, and coordinating with Global/Local Account Teams and Services to ensure successful execution. Lead senior-level commercial conversations, articulate ROI and differentiated value propositions, align pricing and commercial models, and enable cross-functional teams (services, consulting, product, delivery) to win complex deals. Ideal candidate has 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales in multi-country settings, an undergraduate degree (MBA preferred), and fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Holds an undergraduate degree; an MBA from top tier school is preferred.
