Job Summary
Lead ServiceNow client implementations from initial planning through post-engagement support, providing strategic architectural vision aligned with client needs and business goals. Utilize deep technical knowledge of the platform to guide decision-makers on project roadmaps and deliver on organizational strategies. Manage engagements per financial policies while mentoring a high-performing team on operations, upgrades, and development. Oversee business development activities including proposal creation and cross-selling service offerings to maintain key customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in ServiceNow technology consulting
- Experience leading and managing systems integration projects
- Verified success in leading five (5) or more ServiceNow projects
- Excellent analytical, data analysis and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strategic thinking
- Ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences, including executives
- Travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications
