Job Summary
Lead ServiceNow client implementations from initial planning through post-engagement support, providing strategic architectural vision aligned with business goals. Engage with decision-makers to define project roadmaps, manage engagements per financial policies, and oversee solution areas within the platform. Mentor a high-performing team while guiding clients on operations and development, and drive business development activities including proposal creation. Maintain key customer relationships and cross-sell service offerings while building internal networks to leverage firm-wide capabilities. Requires eight years of ServiceNow consulting experience, five or more led projects, and ServiceNow CSA or CTA certifications. Located in Los Angeles, this Director-level role offers a salary range of $184,870 to $338,675 with no visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in ServiceNow technology consulting
- Experience leading and managing systems integration projects
- Verified success in leading five (5) or more ServiceNow projects
- Excellent analytical, data analysis and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strategic thinking
- Ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences, including executives
- Travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
