Director, Service Delivery

Job Summary
Lead the Service Delivery organization by setting strategy, standards, and performance targets while overseeing the end-to-end delivery pipeline from order acceptance through activation and billing start. Own provisioning of all customer and network orders, including MACD, and drive critical-date management with proactive status reporting. Administer new-service capital projects and manage monthly install budget projections by partnering with Network Engineering, OSP Construction, the NOC, and Sales. Ensure clean closeout and accurate records across systems of record for timely billing start. This senior role shapes delivery operations for a fast-growing regional fiber network, directly impacting installed revenue, on-time delivery against Firm Order Commitments, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in telecom or fiber service delivery, provisioning, or network operations
- Strong command of the order-to-activation lifecycle, including MACD and off-net (Type 2) circuit delivery
- Experience managing capital projects and install budgets, with solid financial and forecasting acumen
- A track record of building and developing high-performing operational teams
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and customer-facing skills
- Flexible, hybrid-friendly work based at our Sandy Springs headquarters
