Job Summary
Directs service delivery for a $5–$8M+ ARR book, owning client relationships and ensuring delivery quality across a team of professionals; collaborates with Product/Tech to rollout improvements, drives renewals, and mentors staff. Responsible for forecasting staffing, adherence to SOPs, and upholding bswift’s core values while traveling up to 10% as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8–12+ years in benefits administration/HR technology with substantial client relationship management and 5+ years of people leadership. Remote-first role with Chicago origin and strong emphasis on executive communication, client success, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in benefits administration and/or benefits implementation within a benefits administration or HR technology environment
- 8+ years of direct client relationship management experience in benefits administration
- 5+ years of people management experience, including direct leadership, coaching, and development of teams
- Significant health & welfare client relationship management experience, including consulting clients on new benefit strategies
- Proven experience leading and owning client renewals
