Director, Senior Stock Plan Administrator

Director, Senior Stock Plan Administrator at Prologis leads the global equity compensation program, administering the full lifecycle of global equity awards (grant setup, vesting, releases, cancellations, retirements, dividends) across multiple jurisdictions, while serving as a trusted expert to executives and the board. The role maintains and optimizes equity management systems (Equity Edge Online, E*TRADE), manages vendor relationships (e.g., E*TRADE, outside counsel), prepares SEC insider ownership disclosures (Forms 3, 4, 5), reconciles data across Workday and transfer agents, and supports audit and periodic reporting. The candidate partners with Legal, HR, Payroll, Tax, and Finance to achieve coordinated program objectives, mentors stock plan colleagues, and leverages AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency. Preferred experience includes global equity programs, CEP designation, and familiarity with HRIS/payroll integrations (Workday). The position reports to Legal and offers exposure to C-suite and Board discussions, with multiple locations (Denver preferred; others considered) and a full-time employment posture.
