Director, Senior Investment Research Analyst

Lead private market investing for the firm's advisory programs by executing end-to-end manager sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of public and private market managers, generating comprehensive thesis reports to support investment strategy and portfolio construction decisions. Monitor manager performance, risk, and qualitative criteria including organizational stability and regulatory compliance while coordinating on-site visits and annual assessments. Develop written thought leadership content and educate advisors, portfolio managers, and clients on private markets. Maintain an approved list of investment managers for Managed Accounts and affiliated businesses. Requires 7+ years of experience in private market fund sourcing and underwriting within the wealth channel, with strong knowledge of evergreen and interval vehicle structures. Hybrid Flex schedule based in Charlotte, NC or Frisco, TX.
