Job Summary
Publish peer-reviewed papers, white papers, and clinical data presentations while representing Click at external scientific, medical, and industry conferences. Identify and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, clinicians, and academic researchers to drive scientific credibility for business development efforts. Translate complex clinical data into compelling narratives for external audiences and partner with commercial teams to evaluate opportunities and create proposals. Serve as the scientific liaison between external stakeholders and internal R&D/product teams across multiple digital therapeutic products. Work closely with product, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment with evidence-based medicine and market access requirements. Operate in a lean, fast-paced startup environment with hands-on leadership across the pipeline. Hybrid schedule of at least four days in office, with options in Tribeca, NYC, or Boston, MA.
Required Qualifications
- MD or PhD
- Doctoral/professional degree (MD, PhD, PsyD, PharmD)
- Deep expertise in a CNS discipline (e.g., psychiatry, neurology, psychology)
- Experience with evidence-based nonpharmacological / biobehavioral treatment
- 5+ years of experience in the life sciences, digital health, or pharmaceutical industry within a regulated space
- Prior experience in product development, Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, or Commercial/BD enablement
- Established record and proven willingness to write, publish, and speak externally
- Highly flexible, adaptable, and action-oriented
- Not overly process-driven
- Exceptional ability to translate complex scientific and clinical concepts into business opportunities and accessible language for diverse audiences
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a CDL
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
