Job Summary
Design and evolve Flagship's talent management framework, including performance management, succession planning, career development, and leadership programs. Build scalable organizational development and change management frameworks while partnering with senior leaders to drive transformation and improve organizational effectiveness. Lead a portfolio of high-impact OD programs from strategy through implementation, utilizing data and analytics to measure success and continuously improve outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous feedback supported by modern talent technologies and AI-enabled solutions. Align stakeholders, priorities, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives within an innovation-driven environment. Work in the Cambridge, MA office four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or a related HR discipline
- Proven success designing and scaling talent management programs, career development frameworks, and continuous feedback cultures
- Hands-on experience leading enterprise change management initiatives
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a matrixed organization
- Experience using modern talent management platforms (e.g., Workday, Lattice, Culture Amp, 15Five) and leveraging people analytics to drive decisions
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels
- Strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building new capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in our Cambridge, MA office four days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Prosci, Kotter, or similar methodology
- Experience in biotech, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, venture capital, or another innovation-driven environment
- Advanced degree or HR/change management certification
