Job Summary
Direct and oversee the strategic and operational delivery of HR across Greater Baden Medical Services, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, coaching and development, compensation, benefits, wellness, and workforce planning; partner with executive leadership to implement workforce strategies, cultivate organizational culture, conduct confidential investigations and disputes, manage ADA/interactive processes, and drive retention and career development across multi-site clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent blend of education and extensive experience)
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with leadership and supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience leading HR programs within complex, regulated environments (healthcare/FQHC preferred)
- SPHR/SHRM certifications highly preferred
- Regulatory literacy: FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.
- Experience in recruitment and retention challenges within healthcare/FQHC environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
