Job Summary
SystImmune Inc. seeks a Director/Senior Director of Analytical to lead analytical strategy and team, drive method development, and ensure compliance with GMP regulations in collaboration with teams across the US and China. Requires a PhD in a related field, 10+ years of experience in the industry, and proficiency in Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- At least 10+ years of laboratory experience in an industrial setting
- Extensive experience in analytical development for biologics
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and global regulatory expectations
- Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and supporting regulatory filings
- Proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin Chinese
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in antibody or ADC drug development
- Proficiency in analytical method robustness assessment and validation
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
