Director / Senior Director, Design

Develop and implement design strategies that align with organizational goals, brand identity, and market positioning. Provide visionary leadership to the design team, setting creative direction and inspiring designers to achieve their best work. Collaborate closely with the team to develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs, materials specifications, and ensure alignment with client briefs, budgets, and timelines. Maintain high design standards by reviewing design work and overseeing project compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Allocate and manage design resources, including designers, freelancers, and agencies, while monitoring the project cost plan to ensure sustainability and cost effectiveness. Present design concepts and strategies to clients, executives, or stakeholders, and actively interface with client representatives to achieve project approvals and milestones. Oversee all aspects of project execution, including technical compliance, contracts, and site analyses, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality and regulatory standards. Prepare fee proposals, contracts, and manage project payments to keep the project within budget and on schedule. Lead coordination and communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
