Director / Senior Director of Critical Facility Operations to lead the environments that enable next-generation AI workloads. Own uptime performance end-to-end across a colocation-driven data center footprint, ensuring zero room for error. Architect and run a high-discipline vendor operating model, convert vendor relationships into measurable systems, and lead deep operational reviews with accountability. Build and sustain a zero-incident safety culture, standardize SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, and drive maintenance strategies from preventive to predictive. Define and influence site strategy and design for scalable, hyperscale-ready operations, while building high-performing, high-agency teams and aligning SLAs, incentives, and performance. Ensure operational readiness for new builds, and measure success via availability, MTTR, vendor performance, and safety metrics.
