Job Summary
Director of Segment Sales leading a team of account managers to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, drive account growth, and ensure customer success. Responsible for aligning strategic initiatives with senior leadership, overseeing multi-team operations, and delivering data-driven recommendations to influence organizational direction. Build and maintain high-performing teams, foster collaboration across cross-functional groups, and execute long-term growth strategies in the Life Science & Healthcare vertical. This role focuses on leading strategic initiatives, guiding performance through metrics, and ensuring consistent execution across departments to meet company objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 10+ Years of Sales Experience
- 5+ Years in Sales Management
