Job Summary
Director-level leadership of AVEVA’s Security Resilience function, responsible for crisis management, business continuity, and enterprise-wide resilience across complex, regulated environments; lead development of resilience frameworks, playbooks, and coordination with Cyber Defence, GRC, and IT/R&D security; drive automation and maturity of resilience programmes, and ensure resilience considerations are embedded in systems and products; requires 10+ years in information security or enterprise risk management and 5+ years in a senior resilience-focused role, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in information security or enterprise risk management
- at least 5 years in a senior role biased towards building resilience capability
- experience designing and building crisis management and BCDR programmes
- proven track record as a people and/or department leader
- experience serving as an operational coordinator during live crisis or major incident events
- leadership in security resilience or related fields
- experience working with ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, BS 11200 or equivalent
- working with cross-functional teams including IT security, R&D security, and governance
