Job Summary
Lead a team on SEC reporting, including preparation of Form 10-K and 10-Q, disclosure checklists, footnote preparation, and XBRL tagging review. Support quarterly earnings releases, 8-K filings, and disclosure committee materials while ensuring non-GAAP disclosures align with SEC regulations. Perform hands-on technical research on revenue, leases, and share-based compensation under US GAAP, drafting and maintaining global accounting policies and memos. Manage share-based compensation administration, including Form 3 and Form 4 reporting, and coordinate with external auditors for interim reviews. Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 processes and maintain the master issues tracking process to keep business partners updated on regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- CPA
- Big 4 or large national accounting firm experience
- 8-10 years of relevant experience from public accounting
- Experience working in a corporate financial reporting environment for a large accelerated filer
- Experience working in a technical accounting or similar role
- Excellent understanding of GAAP accounting principles
- Strong knowledge of SEC reporting regulations
- Strong knowledge of lease accounting
- Strong knowledge of stock-based compensation
- Strong knowledge of revenue accounting principles

- Experience with Equity Edge Online
