Job Summary
Director, Scrum Master role within Circana's Global Operations team focusing on delivering AI use cases and Intelligent Automation via Scrum. Lead agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams, track metrics, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional operations with data scientists and automation engineers. Requires experience in agile delivery for AI/automation, proficiency with Jira/Azure DevOps, knowledge of RPA/OCR/ETL/AIML platforms, and travel up to 10%. Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred; CSM/PSM/SSM certification; 5+ years Scrum Master/Agile Coach experience; remote work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experience running Scrum ceremonies for continuous delivery pipelines
- Familiarity with AI/ML project delivery lifecycles and intelligent automation programs
- Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps
- Working knowledge of intelligent automation technologies such as RPA, OCR, ETL pipelines, and AI/ML platforms (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python, Airflow)
- Understanding of CI/CD principles as applied to automation
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Location: Remote, United States
