Job Summary
Director, Screening and High Content Analysis leads NGNRI's high-content screening platform, designing and scaling automated screening workflows for organoid and cell-based assays; integrates AI/ML-based image analysis, and oversees data management, reproducibility, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate target discovery and drug development for NF1 and related neurological disorders; requires strong leadership, experience with imaging tools (CellProfiler, ImageJ, Python pipelines), expertise in high-content imaging and phenotypic screening, and familiarity with drug discovery pipelines; role involves recruiting and managing a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring regulatory and data governance compliance, and partnering to design screening campaigns and downstream validation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in bioengineering, computational biology, neuroscience, cell biology, or related discipline
