Job Summary

Develop and execute strategic scientific communication platforms, medical communication plans, and core asset themes for Milvexian. Lead the development of global and regional publication strategies in collaboration with external Key Opinion Leaders, ensuring timely evidence dissemination and alignment with alliance partners. Provide scientific input on high-impact medical content for products in development and partner with regional teams to enable effective scientific exchange. Ensure all activities comply with applicable SOPs, legal, and regulatory guidelines while managing communications and content budgets. Requires 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical scientific communications, with 5+ years in strategic planning and budget management. Hybrid work model with three days in the office in Raritan, NJ, and up to 20% travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience within a medical, clinical, scientific, or pharmaceutical environment
  • 5+ year in pharmaceutical scientific communications
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and scientific experts to inform Medical Affairs strategy, Scientific Communications, Medical Content, Publications, and Evidence Dissemination
  • Strong collaboration, matrix management, and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated learning agility, with the ability to generate insights and foresights and influence portfolio strategies aligned to future scientific direction
  • Proven strategic thinking and commercial acumen across product development and lifecycle management
  • Global mindset with a demonstrated ability to partner effectively across regions and cultures
  • Ability to drive projects to completion through strong planning and organizational skills while maintaining focus on long‐term strategic objectives
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a highly complex, matrixed, and rapidly changing environment
  • Must be in office 3 days a week
  • Up to 20% Travel – Domestic and International

Desired Qualifications

  • MS, MA, MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, MBA
  • Experience in strategic planning, business planning and cross-functional collaboration and alignment
  • Strong process excellence with proven project and program management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience of working in an alliance
  • Experience managing 3rd party strategic partners, vendors, and consultants
  • Budget management experience
  • Strong knowledge of global healthcare systems, healthcare compliance principles, and pharmaceutical industry regulations
  • Hybrid Model Preferred
