Job Summary
Director-level leader to drive scheduling for multi-billion aviation programs. Lead development, integration, and management of the Program Master Schedule (PMS); define schedule architecture and WBS alignment; ensure linkage across design, construction, procurement, commissioning, and operations. Establish and enforce scheduling standards, governance, baselines, change control, and performance dashboards. Lead schedule risk analysis, forensic delay analysis, and scenario modeling; provide executive-ready insights to senior leadership and airport/federal stakeholders. Manage a team of schedulers and controls professionals, coordinating with project managers, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive, resource-loaded schedules, milestones, and critical paths. Drive best practices, training, and continuous improvement in scheduling across projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and resource availability. Requires 12+ years in project controls/scheduling/program management for major capital programs, with aviation/transportation or federal infrastructure experience; Primavera P6 proficiency; strong communication with executive stakeholders.
