Job Summary
Director, Supply Chain Finance Lead role leading strategic and operational supply chain finance for DePuy Synthes. Partners with Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and Commercial leaders to drive financial performance, improve cost transparency, and enable data-driven decision-making across end-to-end supply chain. Responsible for financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, cost management initiatives (standard costing, variance analysis, productivity), working capital optimization (inventory and cash flow), KPI establishment and monitoring, and ensuring strong financial controls and governance. Leads and mentors a team of finance professionals and collaborates cross-functionally to support transformation initiatives, systems enhancements, and process standardization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field (required)
- MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
- 10-12 years of experience in finance with leadership in supply chain/operations/manufacturing finance
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Experience leading teams and developing finance talent
- Experience with ERP and financial planning systems
- CPA/CMA or equivalent (preferred)
- English language proficiency
- Travel up to 20% (domestic, potential international)
