Job Summary
Director, SC Systems leads the strategic roadmap for supply chain finance and tax systems across DePuy Synthes, owning the governance, design, and implementation of enterprise systems to support global supply chain tax and finance processes. Partners with senior leaders across Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Digital, and Technology to deliver scalable, compliant, future-ready system solutions; oversees major system implementations and transformations; ensures data integrity, audit readiness, and strong controls; manages and develops a team of managers and senior professionals; interacts with auditors and external advisors; requires 10–12 years of experience, CPA/PMP preferred, and travel up to 15–20%. This role will have enterprise-wide impact and may involve working across Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; or Raritan, NJ locations, with strong governance and strategic leadership responsibilities across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field required
- Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
- Typically requires 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance, tax, supply chain systems, or related disciplines
- Strong leadership experience overseeing complex, enterprise-scale systems and transformations
- Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) and tax-relevant system configurations
- Experience in highly regulated environments preferred
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- CPA, PMP and systems-related certifications preferred but not required
