Job Summary
Director-level SAP Advisory role focusing on SAP Supply Chain - Production Planning. Responsibilities include leading pre-sales and project lifecycles for SAP S/4HANA implementations, managing client relationships, and delivering end-to-end solutions bridging planning, manufacturing execution, and inventory operations. Lead teams across SAP PP/DS, IM, EWM, and MES integrations; contribute to thought leadership and service offerings; support practice administration and staff career development; travel as needed; collaborate with senior clients and C-suite stakeholders to translate complex system architecture into business value.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum ten years of recent SAP advisory experience (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Advanced Planning)
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and leading complex design workshops
- Expertise in Production Planning (SAP PP) and PP/DS, Inventory Management (IM), EWM, MES integration
- Experience designing supply chain processes leveraging AI and predictive analytics
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
