Job Summary
Direct and oversee SAP IS-U back office implementations for utility clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Serve as architectural leader for complex billing execution, invoicing, and FI-CA processes, while managing integrations with SAP CRM and EAM. Lead project workstreams for large-scale S/4HANA migrations, directing resource allocation and financial management. Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders to guide business transformations and process improvements. Mentor teams of architects, functional consultants, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Requires ten years of domain experience in the Utilities sector and extensive hands-on architectural expertise with SAP IS-U.
Required Qualifications
- Ten years of deep domain experience within the Utilities sector (Power, Gas, or Water)
- Extensive, hands-on architectural experience with SAP IS-U
- Deep specialization in Billing
- Deep specialization in Rates
- Deep specialization in Invoicing
- Deep specialization in FI-CA
- Deep specialization in Device Management
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and integration touchpoints with SAP CRM/C4C
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and integration touchpoints with SAP EAM
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and integration touchpoints with SAP FI/CO
- Proven track record in driving internal transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage large consulting teams
- Demonstrated ability to oversee complex project workstreams
- Demonstrated ability to navigate executive-level stakeholder relationships
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
