Job Summary
Design and develop scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient relationship management. Build Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Flows to meet business requirements, while implementing Agentforce agents with testing, evaluation, and guardrails. Integrate Salesforce with external systems like Epic and Genesys using REST/SOAP services, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST regulations. Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions, contributing to release management and performance tuning. Act with integrity to uphold KPMG's work environment while supporting client engagements and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years of Salesforce development experience

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist

- experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (HL7/FHIR, EHR/EMR integrations)
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming)
- experience with Version Control (Git)
- CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Hands-on proficiency with Agentforce
- Prompt Builder
