Job Summary
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions for Health Cloud, configuring data models for patients, providers, and clinical workflows. Build Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components while implementing Agentforce agents with rigorous testing, observability, and guardrails against hallucinations. Integrate external healthcare systems like Epic and HL7/FHIR APIs, ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage release cycles, and optimize performance. Requires eight years of Salesforce experience, Salesforce certifications, and U.S. work authorization. Los Angeles County applicants may face background checks; no visa sponsorship available.

- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming)
- experience with Version Control (Git)
- CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Hands-on proficiency with Agentforce
- Prompt Builder
