Job Summary
Director of Sales for Kraft Heinz Walmart leadership team to drive growth across Frozen categories, overseeing a team of 2 and partnering with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Category Leadership, Omni Shopper Marketing) to deliver sales, profit, and distribution targets. Lead development and execution of strategic plans with the customer, manage monthly business reviews and JBPs, coordinate with internal partners to align goals, and advocate company culture and values while driving ownership and senior-level communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant seasoned years of sales or commercial experience
- Prior leadership/direct managerial experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to deliver executive-level presentations
- Strong balance between analytical skills and executional skills
- Experience managing cross-functional relationships and collaborating with multiple groups within large complex matrixed organizations
- Strong financial competence to impact P&L management; Effective business planning and data-driven strategy for maintaining current and securing new customers
