Job Summary

Director of Sales leading Breakthru Beverage’s retail-chains division: responsible for delivering volume and profit growth, managing all aspects of the sales function, budgeting, building strategic plans and programs with trade development, maintaining relationships with suppliers, buyers and corporate partners, developing customer solutions, training and coaching direct reports, and driving talent development and succession planning. Requires leading a sales organization, cross-functional collaboration, strong budgeting and analytics, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 7+ years in sales management, and proficient MS Office/analytics capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing sales and sales management
  • Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Analytic and Reporting skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
  • Verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
