Job Summary
Drive sales and adoption of Moody’s catastrophe modeling and property risk analytics solutions to (re)insurance brokers through client engagement and market leadership. Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that address client pain points and clearly articulate Moody’s value proposition. Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. Collaborate with product management to relay client feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap decisions. Represent Moody’s at industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars to generate leads and promote brand awareness. Produce thought leadership content and case studies showcasing successful client outcomes using Moody’s solutions. Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts in collaboration with account management. Travel approximately 40% to support client engagement and market presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
- 8+ years in B2B sales or business development within insurance, reinsurance, and preferably within (re)insurance brokers
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Travel willingness to travel ~40% to support client engagement and market presence
