Job Summary
The Director of Sales will lead a regional sales team, focusing on managing and growing a team of enterprise sales representatives. Responsibilities include executing business plans, exceeding sales quotas, hiring and training sales staff, and using Salesforce.com for sales tracking and reporting. Candidates should have over 5 years of sales management experience, a blend of sales process and coaching expertise, and a strong background in SaaS sales and new customer acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience in Sales
- Experienced managing teams of size 20+
- Software (ideally SaaS) experience
- Experience with new customer acquisition
- Experience scaling sales teams and revenues in high tech & SaaS
- Proven leadership qualities
- Good judgment and business acumen
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to drive multiple projects
