Job Summary
The Director of Sales will lead a high-impact network infrastructure commercial team responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding market share, and enhancing channel performance. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, leadership and talent development, channel and partner enablement, forecasting and performance analytics, and fostering executive relationships with senior decision-makers. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant commercial experience, including at least 8 years of sales leadership. Strong business acumen and the ability to manage a motivated commercial team are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial experience driving growth in structured cabling, connectivity, fiber, or related infrastructure solutions
- 8 years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record leading nationwide or multi-region sales organizations
