Job Summary
Director, Sales to drive the full sales cycle for new CX/CCaaS opportunities, building and executing GTM strategies with Cloud Service Providers and technology vendors, acting as a strategic advisor to clients, and collaborating with marketing, alliances, and sales engineering to deliver Miratech’s engineering and managed services advantages. Requires 10+ years in IT services or managed services sales in CX/CCaaS, a proven track record closing complex enterprise deals, net-new logo acquisition, and the ability to position AI-enabled CX outcomes as business value; deep CSP ecosystem expertise with Genesys, Google, or Amazon; a partner-first mentality; and a history of exceeding sales quotas. Also highlights the company’s remote-work culture, relocation program, and inclusive, global environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT services or managed services sales, specifically within CX and CCaaS domains
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in IT services or managed services
- Proven ability to close multi-year seven-figure opportunities
- Proven net-new logo acquisition and success winning first-time enterprise customers
- Strong ability to position AI-enabled CX outcomes as business value (automation, agent assist, analytics)
- Deep expertise in the CSP ecosystem with history of selling or partnering with Genesys, Google, or Amazon
- Strong partner-first sales mentality and ability to generate high-quality lead flow
- Consistent history of over-achieving sales quotas and results
- Exceptional communication and ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders quickly
- Willingness to work in a remote/work-from-anywhere culture (location-flexible)
