Job Summary
Direct and develop a high-performing Mid-Market sales team (7–10 Account Executives) to accelerate new business growth in the employment background screening space. Lead regional sales strategy, own forecasting and recurring revenue targets, and drive pipeline development from discovery through closing. Coach the team to consistently meet revenue targets, manage deals and contract negotiations, and foster customer-centric problem solving. Build relationships with referral partners, collaborate across marketing and product, and drive market expansion while traveling as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree; proven leadership of quota-bearing sales teams, expertise in mid-market complex sales, and strong proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gong) and Microsoft Office. Highly collaborative, results-driven, and able to scale a growth-focused organization with a values-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Mid-Market sales management experience

- hands-on management of pipeline, forecasting, and sales activity in Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, Gong, and Salesforce CRM
