Job Summary

Director of LATAM Sales leading a multi-country initiative to scale Zero Trust Network Access across Latin America, South America, and the Caribbean. Responsibilities include owning the region's revenue plan, managing direct enterprise sales and channel partnerships, building a high-performing multi-country go-to-market, forecasting rigor, pipeline management, and regional alliance with Finance/Legal/Revenue Operations. The role requires leading executive-level engagement with CISOs and senior buyers, enforcing MEDDPICC methodologies, recruiting and mentoring enterprise sellers, and coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering, Marketing, Delivery, Customer Success) to drive regional growth and partner-sourced revenue. The candidate should have extensive enterprise sales leadership experience in network security or adjacent infrastructure, experience selling to large enterprises and regulated industries, and fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus). Travel up to 50% and a Bachelor's degree are required; MBA preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Fifteen+ years of enterprise software or infrastructure sales experience, with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a multi-country LATAM sales business in network security, cybersecurity, networking, or adjacent enterprise infrastructure categories.
  • Direct experience carrying and exceeding regional quotas with year-over-year growth.
  • Ability to build and operate both direct enterprise sales motions and high-leverage channel ecosystems in parallel, without channel conflict.
  • Experience selling to and managing relationships with CISOs and senior security buyers in financial services, telecommunications, government, energy, and large enterprise verticals.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a significant plus).
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.
