Job Summary

Director, Enterprise Sales to lead a manufacturing-focused territory team, recruit and manage Account Executives, drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion across strategic accounts, build and optimize a repeatable sales process to achieve targets, train reps to close complex transactions, and develop a high-performing, data-driven sales organization with scalable systems and measurable growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in SaaS sales
  • minimum 5+ years leading a team, ideally in Enterprise
  • history of closing enterprise business
  • ability to recruit, hire, and manage talent
  • ability to build scalable processes and analyze them
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience using modern sales tools such as LinkedIn and Salesforce
  • hands-on role and quick learner
  • highly organized and self-motivated with strong follow-through
