Job Summary
Director, Enterprise Sales to lead a manufacturing-focused territory team, recruit and manage Account Executives, drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion across strategic accounts, build and optimize a repeatable sales process to achieve targets, train reps to close complex transactions, and develop a high-performing, data-driven sales organization with scalable systems and measurable growth.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in SaaS sales
- minimum 5+ years leading a team, ideally in Enterprise
- history of closing enterprise business
- ability to recruit, hire, and manage talent
- ability to build scalable processes and analyze them
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- experience using modern sales tools such as LinkedIn and Salesforce
- hands-on role and quick learner
- highly organized and self-motivated with strong follow-through
