Job Summary

Director-level role to build and own Go To Market Enablement: develop a 4-week onboarding ramp, maintain a pitch deck library, design and run a quarterly pitch certification with real evaluation criteria, and provide ongoing rep coaching. Responsible for creating scalable enablement programs (content, certification, cadence) and enabling AEs to engage credible with technical buyers, including deal storytelling sessions, win/loss reviews, and peer learning. Will work closely with product and engineering teams to stay current on models and competitive landscape, producing materials (pitch decks, talks tracks) used by reps to accelerate revenue growth in a fast-moving AI infrastructure company.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in sales enablement or sales training at a technical B2B company
  • Has built an enablement program from scratch
  • Has directly coached AEs one-on-one
  • Strong writer — can author pitch decks, talk tracks, and training materials
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments where the product roadmap changes quarterly
