Job Summary
Director of Sales leads strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for Element Electronics. Oversees a team of sales representatives and analysts, develops and executes comprehensive sales strategies, mentors staff, identifies new business opportunities, cultivates relationships with key clients and partners, conducts market research, analyzes competition, collaborates with cross-functional teams, prepares sales forecasts, and drives continuous improvement in sales processes and tools. Travel for client meetings and industry events is required; the role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced electronics/home appliances environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
