Job Summary

Director, Sales for Dealer Groups responsible for leading business development to acquire new dealer-group partners for the National Vehicle Retailer team. Act as a proactive hunter to prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities, build a robust pipeline, guide prospects from first contact to program launch, and ensure seamless handover to Customer Success for ongoing account management. Also manage a small portfolio of existing accounts, conduct periodic performance reviews to maximize product adoption and client satisfaction, and collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Operations to tailor solutions. Maintain CRM records, report on lead generation and pipeline health to leadership, and travel up to 80% to meet with prospective clients and industry events. Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience); 8+ years in hunter-style sales/business development, 5+ years automotive retail F&I experience, strong prospecting/closing skills, excellent communication, client relationship management, organization, CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce), and ability to work in the U.S. with background check clearance.
