Job Summary
Develop long-term sales strategies and annual plans while establishing regional sales objectives in coordination with the CDS business plan. Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Costco buying management to refine event volume strategies, identify discrepancies, and drive program implementation. Create and present marketing services to clients, develop new programs for vendors, and manage a team through hiring, training, and performance coaching. Build relationships with vendors, brokers, and buyers by providing product sampling insights and overseeing demo schedules and product information sheets. Provide customer service through demo volume projections and analysis of recent demonstration results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience
- 8+ Years of experience in progressive experience in a customer service and/or sales or marketing field
- 5 Years of experience managing people in related field
- Travel up to 20 %
