Job Summary
Sales Director responsibilities include defining and leading the sales strategy for ASM products (systems and upgrades), developing and maintaining key customer relationships, ensuring robust tactical execution for product lines at a key customer, coordinating across internal stakeholders (KPU Product Management, Business Development, Sales Operations, Process Development, Service & Spares), and leading the commercial interface with the customer. The role requires identifying high-value problems, communicating value propositions, aligning support organizations, and developing an account strategy to enable future technology collaborations and incremental sales at the customer site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline
- 10+ years in Account Management, Sales, or related Sales support activities in the Semiconductor Capital Equipment Industry
- Account management experience with key customer required
- Project management experience
- Previous history of people management
- Excellent communication & presentation skills to an executive level
