Job Summary
ClickSafety is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and develop a high-performing sales team, responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and expand market share in the safety training and compliance industry. The role involves setting sales strategies, managing pipeline development, nurturing client relationships, conducting market analysis, and collaborating across departments. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, significant sales leadership experience, a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years in sales roles
- At least 5 years in a progressive leadership or management position
- Experience in mentoring, motivating, and developing sales professionals
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and forecasting tools
- Strong financial acumen related to forecasting, profit and loss statements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., sales management, leadership) are a plus.
