Job Summary
Director of Key Account Management / Director Sales And Services at SkyChefs leads as primary commercial owner for a defined portfolio of strategic airline clients, driving revenue, profitability, and contract performance. The role focuses on relationship stewardship, governance (QBRs, executive touchpoints), pricing strategy, contract lifecycle (implementation to renewal), and complex proposals/negotiations with cross-functional teams. Candidate must guide operations alignment with contractual commitments, manage accounts receivable, and identify value creation opportunities within existing contracts. Strong leadership, executive communication, and proven sales/negotiation aptitude are essential, along with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience in a global customer service context and in-flight catering preferred.
Required Qualifications
