Job Summary
Directs and executes sales and brand-growth strategies for Chick-fil-A Colleyville, focusing on increasing in-restaurant and catering revenue, expanding local partnerships, and strengthening brand presence in the community. Leads development of comprehensive sales/marketing plans, oversees local campaigns and social media, manages catering operations from prospecting to delivery, trains catering staff, and collaborates with restaurant leadership to align sales/marketing with daily operations. Emphasizes community engagement, guest experience, and brand values through events, partnerships, and digital initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or community relations, preferably within restaurant/hospitality/retail
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online reputation management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied schedule including evenings and weekends for events/catering
- Passion for Chick-fil-A brand, values, and serving others
