Job Summary

Director, RTX Rotational Programs leads enterprise talent strategy for emerging professionals, designs and governs a portfolio of rotational programs that feed RTX leadership, partners with senior executives to shape hiring targets, rotation placements, and post-program placement; drives program excellence, governance, and ROI at scale; oversees budget and a team of Program Managers; focuses on talent outcomes such as readiness, retention, and conversion into critical roles, and continuously evolves the program portfolio using data and external benchmarks to stay ahead in leadership development and succession planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years experience
