Job Summary
Define the vision for the global Road, Gravel, and Triathlon bike business and lead the premium custom Project One program, including design, product offering, and customer experience. Direct a group of product managers and oversee development by establishing key targets for positioning, performance, and cost. Manage cross-functional teams through quality assurance, milestone tracking, and design execution while defining success metrics and monitoring product performance. Conduct market research, sales analysis, and partner visits to track trends and maintain line logic based on sales and production data.
Required Qualifications
- Bicycle industry experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Demonstrated work history of team collaboration
- Ability to make teammates excel
- Ability to separate what they think versus what is needed by the market
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of organization
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities in a focused but flexible manner
- Great attention to detail
- Strong Mechanical understanding with bikes
- Love for all things Cycling
- Ability to present in front of varying groups of all sizes
- Good understanding of how to use Powerpoint to communicate at an executive level
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
